Key development resource for the CRM application “SCMA” which has been successfully running in NIBC bank in Holland. Duties involved development and customisation of the application.

Designed and developed SCMA, a banking CRM application from the ground up. SCMA enables banks to follow their major client’s objectives and deal ideas, through a deal pipeline to a sales outcome. SCMA is currently used by a major European Bank in The Hague and is being tested by another bank in London. Additional responsibilities were administering source control, software releases, and creating installers for the bank, company web site and company email administration.

Built CRM system with Mathias Technologies in New Zealand. Worked remotely with a Spanish development company customising the software for HSBC. Key in the successful development & deployment of HSBC’s ClientVision CRM application. After completing this project travelled to London and India to transfer knowledge of the system to others and train HSBC internal teams on the CRM application.

Supervised development of new versions of .NET custom controls. In charge of source control, overseeing coding standards, building all installers and evaluating builds for all products.
