This initiative involved statistical analysis of large sets of sensor data, mining data from a variety of sources, and financial analysis of potential cost savings of the new program.Managed new Salesforce.com CRM implementations to global GE Capital businesses. This included designing, requirements gathering, and building a SFDC CRM to an EMEA business previously running their Global Pipeline through Excel sheets.Tasked with providing a new HQ SFDC instance to gather key data on global business performance. The instance is also configured with a Seismic add-on to provide senior leaders with key commercial metrics in standardized formats. Utilized SFDC and project management knowledge to drive project forward.
