Worked with CORE 1.1 launch team in creating training materials and best practices in advance of AMERS launch. Trained and oversaw successful “Go Live” of CORE 1.1 in the AMERS in North and South America and subsequent Hypercare phase for Boston office and on-sites in the use of the new SAP-ERP system. Hired by Dailey to handle all print buying and production for one of their accounts. Was asked to hit the ground running in the middle of a peak production period. Was able to immediately realize savings, reduce errors and streamline procedures for the organization going forward in a very short period of time.

Was responsible for vendor selection, print specification, color management, scheduling, press checks and digital asset management. I was fortunate enough to work in a small studio with big clients, therefore developed an ability to wear many hats simultaneously.
