Providing operational and facilities management in specific areas for an Am-Law 100 International Law Firm. Managing a $8M annual budget with responsibility for building and construction, space planning, purchasing, catering and food services, conference centers, 60-person document review center and firmwide records centers. Developing policies and procedures relating to information governance, emergency predaredness, records management and space utilization. Position requires significant accomplishments in process improvement, cost-containment, innovation and team productivity.

Responsibilities included managing 11 case managers, making short and long-term case assignments, maintaining time and attendance information, assisting the Human Resources department conduct annual performance evaluations, recruitment and orientation of new case managers and training new employees on fundamental case management responsibilities. Additional responsibilities included assisting attorneys with case management, preparation of litigation material for trial, aiding the trial team, reviewing and organizing discovery material, organizing and summarizing deposition material, conducting on-line research, cite-checking, shepardizing case law and review of sensitive documents for relevance and management of the same.
