Logistics Officer for the 297th MI BN providing Class I, III, and IV supply support to four companies and the Battalion. Planned, developed, resourced, and integrated emerging intelligence technologies and doctrine/TTPs in support of theater mission requirements.

Officer in Charge of a multi-disciplined, all-source intelligence team; responsible for the tactical overwatch and reach support to Commander, Coalition Forces Land Component Command, Third Army and CENTCOM deployed forces. Responsible for daily updates to the Third Army G2 and senior brigade officers. Directed and supervised 19 Soldiers and 1 contractor in processing, exploitation, and dissemination of fused intelligence products in support to targeting, force protection, security cooperation, engagement strategies, and limited indications and warning. Assistant Brigade Operations Officer for a deployable theater-level Military Intelligence Brigade of over 1500 personnel that conducted multi-discipline collection, processing, analysis, and production in support of ARCENT, CENTCOM, INSCOM, and other commands as directed; answered higher command’s and the brigades Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR), Commander’s Critical Information Requirements (CCIR), Friendly Forces Information Requirements (FFIR), and Essential Enemy Forces Information (EEFI); responsible for oversight of brigade operations in a 27 country AOR; updated and published daily brigade operations report, matrices, maps, and SITREPS; responsible for daily tracking of composition/disposition of forces in the CENTCOM AOR; reported all potential threats to the brigade; executed weekly operations/intelligence synchronization meetings to the brigade commander and staff; and supervised and directed 1 officer, 2 Chief Warrant Officers, and 8 NCOs.

Assistant Regimental S2 for a 2500 person Armored Cavalry Regiment (ACR). Assisted the Regimental S2 with planning, coordination, and execution of the 11th ACR’s Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance plan; Conducted RED CELL analysis of Anti-Coalition Forces in Iraq to improve role player fidelity on the NTC Battlefield; directed, developed, and implemented the Physical Security Training Programs and Inspections; supervised the daily activities of the Personnel Security Section. Managed all security clearance activities for the Regimental Staff, two subordinate Maneuver Squadrons, and one Support Squadron. Coordinated with external and Garrison activities over security matters. Additional duties included Intelligence Officer, Physical Security Officer, and Intelligence Oversight Officer. Serverd as the Regimental S2 in his absence.

Liaison Officer for Multi-National Force-Northwest and Task Force Freedom with duties at Multi-National Corps-Iraq (MNC-I) Headquarters, Camp Victory, Iraq in support of Operation Iraq Freedom III. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information, to include significant activities and recurring command and staff reports, to the MNC-I Joint Operations Center and staff. Provided feedback to the Task Force Freedom command group and staff on key Corp issues that directly and indirectly effected MNF-NW operations and programs. Responsible for synchronizing operations and actions with adjacent and higher commands to include detainee transfer, cross-boundary operations, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) reporting, and the movement of Iraqi Security Forces.

Assistant Regimental Operations Officer for a Forces Command (FORSCOM) Armored Cavalry Regiment with the dual mission of being prepared to deploy, fight, and win in a wartime environment and replicate an Opposing Force (OPFOR) division at the National Training Center. Directly responsible for resourcing and tracking current training in support of the Regiment’s missions. Coordinated with Range Control, Post G3 (Operations), and other post agencies to facilitate effective training for the Regiment’s units. Performed duties as Liaison Officer to higher headquarters for the Regiment Tactical Operations Center (TOC) to effect coordination, exchange essential information, and ensure mutual understanding of the commander’s intent and the units’ concept of operation.

Tactical Intelligence Officer for an Armored Cavalry Squadron with the dual mission of replicating the Opposing Force (OPFOR) at the National Training Center (NTC) and preparing to deploy, fight, and win in a wartime situation. Coordinated and supervised the execution of Reconnaissance and Surveillance (R&S) missions conducted by over 100 personnel including two scout platoons, one ground surveillance radar and chemical recon platoon, and one engineer recon platoon. Advised the Squadron Commander and Squadron S-2 on R&S and course of action development. Additional duties included Headquarters and Headquarters Troop and Squadron Information Assurance Security Officer, Force Protection and Anti-terrorism Officer, and Arms Room Officer.

Led a tank platoon in an Armored Cavalry Squadron with the dual mission of portraying a Motorized Infantry Company (MIC) as part of the Opposing Forces at the National Training Center and being prepared to deploy, fight, and win in combat. Commanded and tactically employed the MIC, consisting of 11 combat vehicles and over 40 Soldiers, during ten force-on-force Combined Training Center rotations per year. Responsible for the training, welfare, and discipline of 15 assigned Soldiers. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of six combat vehicles and all associated weapons and equipment worth in excess of $4.5 million. Additional duties included Safety officer, Force Protection officer, and Field Sanitation officer.
