I am one of the five members of Nasdaq eVestment's North American Solution Specialist team, where we serve as industry and subject matter experts supporting the entire business pre- and post-sales. My main focus is usually on our Market Lens solution and its data, where I bring unique knowledge and tenure that goes back to the start-up era of Public Plan IQ and the product's initial integration into the eVestment ecosystem post acquisition. Most of my days are spent providing custom demonstrations to prospects on the value the solution could bring to their firm, but also providing executive trainings to senior leadership to ensure all clients are receiving even the most nuanced value from the product. In addition to the constant demonstrations, I help create or consult on marketing campaigns, host webinars/master class videos, generate custom collateral that's both repeatable or ad hoc, support and inform product development, and generally serve as the outward-facing point person for Market Lens at the company.

Under Global Data's umbrella for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), I was the sole hybrid specialist working across the hedge funds, mandates, and separate accounts data products. I served as an industry expert to inform product development, and as a product expert to help extend our industry influence in these sectors. Whether working as an internal liaison to our core engineers or as a solution specialist to sales, I worked to continue to drive business and product development forward across Bloomberg's alternatives data suite.

I was one of the three original members of Public Plan IQ, a small startup that was acquired by eVestment in October 2016 and that has grown into Market Lens, eV's premiere product for qualitative research and competitive intelligence in the institutional investment management industry. On the Market Lens team, I co-managed all of the content that populates the product's database. I oversaw the entire data process, from the widespread acquisition of the information all the way down to the eventual multi-faceted categorization of each piece of data. In addition, I'm was the sole owner of Market Lens' mandate database. A huge part of this job was building and maintaining relationships with several Public Plan sponsors across the country to procure chunks of our data, often utilizing the Freedom of Information Act. Outside of the data-management capacity, I supported with client prospecting, servicing, and relationship management, co-authored the product's weekly campaign emails, contributed to firm-wide integration projects and data initiatives, and continually worked on general product development.

Before being acquired by eVestment, I managed all of the data for the Public Plan IQ database. I oversaw the collection, review, interpretation, and eventual categorization of all new data while ensuring the quality of the rest of the data comprising the database. Working directly alongside the CEO, I also supported with client servicing, campaign writing, marketing, product development, and management of the CRM, client subscriptions, and sales pipeline.

As a Research Analyst I assisted with institutional research and the direct and indirect assessment of the Rutgers School of Nursing. I helped to collect, manage, and analyze data for the office's annual suite of evaluations and surveys. In addition to helping design and write the surveys, I also contributed to the writing of their corresponding reports, where research findings were eventually presented to Deans and other Leadership for action. Outside of studying the Nursing Program's efficacy and sentiment, I supported faculty research on the Academic side, resulting in several publications and presentations.

The Office of Research and Sponsored Program Services is the office that oversees the faculty research process. As a Technical Research Assistant I assisted with academic research at all levels of the empirical process, from participant recruitment all the way through publication. I worked constantly with quantitative and qualitative data analysis, manuscript (APA) editing, and literature review writing.
