● Mentored and oversaw team of development geologists planning and executing deepwater development drilling program ● Designed and executed multiple deepwater wells in the Payara Field including developing well plans, petrophysics programs, identifying reservoir targets, performing real time well ties, and geosteering lateral completions● Used geophysical and mapping techniques in Petrel (AVO analysis, A-B crossplots, seismic 2D modeling, etc) along with well data to de-risk sand distribution/quality and work with reservoir engineers to optimize depletion layouts● QC’d reservoir models in Petrel, including geostatistical analysis and 2-D rock physics modeling, to better model the subsurface and aid in depletion planning and reserves estimates

● Prospected for new or overlooked lower 48 unconventional petroleum plays.● Co-developed novel workflow to quickly screen non-anchor plays across the Lower 48 based on a suite of geologic, engineering, economic, and land access parameters● Personally performed analyses on 20 unconventional plays in the Midland, Anadarko, and Williston basins, often with limited geologic, geochemical, and economic data ● Integrated these results with team members’ studies to develop a relative ranking of over 40 Lower 48 opportunities to high grade best underdeveloped plays and improve exploration prioritization

Used well log analysis, seismic mapping, seismic attribute analysis, and basin maturation modeling to risk source rock presence and quality in the Eastern Gulf of Mexico as an aid to prospect risking.

Working as part of a larger O&G industry-funded consortium to create balanced structural cross sections across northern Mexico and to model fission track lengths to constrain the timing and nature of uplift in the region.

I worked alongside three University of Miami geological sciences professors to instruct and train fifteen undergraduate geologists during a five week field camp. Areas of focus during the field camp included depositional setting analysis, field mapping, and rock identification and interpretation.

• Sampled and logged blasted material for rock type, ore type, mineralogy, alteration, and other geologic information• Created clay, lithology, and ore maps in MineSight based on logged data to better categorize material and improve routing• Completed and presented to Morenci upper management an independent project involving structural geology database creation in MS SQL, geologic mapping within MineSight, and computerized 3-dimensional rock type solids building• Mapped mine walls and blasted rock for rock contacts, alteration changes, and geologic structures

Assisted PhD student Viviana Diaz in her doctoral work to determine Plio-Pleistocene sea levels in the Central Valley of the Dominican Republic and what effect these short term sea level cycles had on reef development in the region.

At Veitengruber Law I conducted research and compiled data used in legal battles for the firm. I also interacted with clients and court officials to collect and disseminate pertinent legal information and attended court proceedings with the legal team.
