Bill Byrd has built and run several family owned businesses on the principle that success is the sweetest when a leader touches the lives of colleagues, employees, customers and students. Bill is best known for building the Sweet Shop Fudge Love Chocolate Factory in Fort, Worth, TX, from 1977 to 1992. He and his wife, Judie, currently lead the Culinary School in Fort Worth, Texas, where they make their home. Bill’s talents span many areas. Bill is a published author and has hosted a national radio program on Sirius Satellite Radio, Sweet Success with Bill Byrd. He is a private pilot, and has tried his hand at ranching and farming. Always in the role of entrepreneur, Bill has also owned & operated many restaurants.
