For over 25 years, I have been practicing law in Oregon and Washington state and federal courts. I am the former President of the Oregon State Bar Construction Law Group. I handle all areas of construction law from contract review and drafting to construction lien and bond claims/defense. I also handle business (business v. business & shareholder disputes), lender/loan servicer defense, and real property disputes.
