I conducted numerous court hearings, unsupervised, in Family Court, General Sessions Court, Magistrate Court and before the Master In Equity. I sat second chair on a successful General Sessions Trial where the Defendant was facing 25 years to life in prison.Additionally, I was responsible for drafting complaints for both Federal and State courts, as well as several motions for State Court.I also provided legal advice for callers on a hosted weekly legal segment for the local radio station.

I drafted memorandums to coaches and other department heads; assisted in creating structured procedure for Professional Agents to interview student athletes; and was responsible for disbursements to student athletes from the SOCON (Southern Conference) Special Assistance Fund.

I worked in the litigation department conducting legal research and drafting both legal and objective memorandums of law. I was also afforded the opportunity to observe several depositions, assist in client trial preparations, and accompanying attorneys to chamber meetings with judges. Other duties included preparing litigation reports for new cases that affected corporate employment for biweekly meetings.
