• We think it and ink it. Provide Marketing Point of sale material and printed collateral.

• Graduation packages. We provide graduation announcements, collectors cards, banners, and will even provide the information for a year book advertisement.We also have several promotional items such as ornaments and Die.

• Responsible for GM Online computer support. Consistently met metrics 100% of the time.
• Provide computer support and technical assistance to over 5,000 customers, resulting in hours of saved time for the users.
• Scheduled, build, and configure computers for the GM Online environment. I have built over 2,000 computers in the GM environment with 100% on time completion percentage.
• Backed up data and restored on new computers for over 1,000 GM users resulting in complete data recovery.
• Volunteer and was hand selected for several special projects setting up servers and testing operating systems. The projects were all completed on time.
• Support the OnStar remote users providing them of point of contact and consistently received calls from referrals.

• Project Manager and support for the Cadillac Field Notebook rollout and the GM Mobile User rollout.
• Traveled, deployed, built, and inventoried over 1,000 computers for the GM Mobile User project which came in on schedule with high customer satisfaction.
