As the Manager of 20+ client projects including analyzing systems logs and network traffic, I developed strategy plans and programs to secure companies from cyber threats and prevent further incidents alongside 5 team members. I collaborated with 20 cross-functional domestic and global team members to ensure deliverables are consistent and meet team standards. This has resulted in clients gaining an understanding of cyber vulnerabilities within their network.I outline costs to mitigate vulnerabilities for client budget committees that has resulted in continuous contract renewals. I also conduct NIST assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards in addition to testing IT structure, policies, and procedures to identify vulnerabilities. I also conduct forensic analyses to identify the root causes of cyber attacks while integrating strategic OT and firewall improvements for 20+ clients, resulting in improving the security roadmap.I mentor and coach 10 internal associates and senior associates on technical nuances of the mobile server to ensure an understanding of how to interpret data read by the server, problem-solving, and how to use it for future projects. In addition, I assisted in disaster recovery after a client ransomware attack including reviewing purchase logs to identify abusers, collecting data, booting assets with Linux, and reimaging devices. This resulted in the network resuming operations. Utilizing a new portable server to understand a client’s OT network and potential issues that could occur in transit, I drafted documentation to train the client’s employees on how to use and problem-solve with the device. I also led the design for a client’s second mobile server, streamlining the process and enhancing reliability for assessments.

I directed NIST-CSF-focused client interviews to educate clients on how to better secure their environment from recent cybersecurity threats in addition to advising on new OT monitoring tools that could be used to track real-time threats. I articulated cybersecurity business impacts and recommendations for immediate remediated actions for 40+ clients. In addition, I assisted in a cybersecurity assessment for a computer chip company that included presenting a roadmap for a CTO to improve security with OT assessment tools. This resulted in an annual cybersecurity project for PwC. I performed wireless assessments and a pen test to detect potential rogue access points and identified network key weaknesses and vulnerabilities. This resulted in presenting to 20 senior leaders on how to be secure from internal threats. In addition, I hosted ~5 workshops on ICS security to educate company leadership on how to better respond against a cyber threat.
