I practice landlord-tenant law both as a trial attorney prosecuting eviction actions and as an adviser to property management companies to help them manage their landlord-tenant issues. Previously I was a patent prosecutor for about ten years before I came to the realization that while I still enjoy intellectual property law as an intellectual pursuit, I would much rather be in a courtroom advocating for my clients’ interests.
