Experienced as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Team Lead, and Software Developer with over 15 years of experience in IT in life sciences, insurance, and embedded systems. I have the proven ability to communicate and work with technical and non-technical people alike. As a Coach I am able to assume the stances of a mentor, trainer, facilitator, or coach. I believe it is important for coaches to lead teams to adopting an Agile mindset and to focus upon delivering value to their customers. A Coach must actively listen to be effective.I believe many of the same skills needed for coaches are necessary to be a great Analyst. One must be able to listen and communicate with technical and non-technical people alike. Additionally, my extensive background as a practicing software engineer have allowed me to have deep and meaningful relations with development teams.
