William J. Serritella, Jr. focuses his practice on banking, creditor's rights, commercial foreclosure and general commercial and appellate litigation. He serves as co-chair of Taft's firm-wide Commercial Litigation practice, and co-chair of the Litigation group in Taft's Chicago office. Bill represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country. He represents middle-market lenders in the greater Chicago area in all aspects of the troubled commercial and real estate loan workout process, including the representation of lenders in pre-litigation restructuring, as well as in complex bankruptcy, commercial foreclosure and collection litigation.
