I continue to lead a group of Operational Technology professionals to manage assets through their lifecycle in order to provide high quality spaces for customers and employees. Additionally, I work with others in the Sustainability team to review emerging technologies and pilot the best options to drive innovation in our portfolio of buildings. Also working with a group from various parts of the Corporate Properties Group to document and improve operations, preventative maintenance and asset management.

Areas of work include:- Partner with Technology, Property Management and Design & Construction teams to provide the right operational technologies in our buildings- Define strategy for OT system architecture- Set standards and procedures for devices and their deployment- Work with facility management partners to drive effective preventative maintenance of hardware and software within OT systems- Oversee a robust commissioning program- Work with best in class manufacturers of OT systems

As part of the Corporate Properties Group, I work with key stakeholders within Wells Fargo to design goals, strategies and programs for the sustainable operation of the property portfolio including: - Increased efficiency of building systems focused on energy and water usage- Using data to better manage the operations and life cycle of the building portfolio- Work with partner organizations to develop new sustainable products and improved processes

Responsible for ensuring the achievement of stated sustainability goals through consultation, education, reporting and socialization of energy efficient & sustainable products and practices. Working with site teams and the client to identify and recommend cost-effective sustainable and energy saving projects and solutions at properties throughout the portfolio. Analysis of energy and water usage and compare to benchmarks to ensure consistent reduction in building operating costs and consumption.Serve as the lighting SME for our Energy Sustainability Services (ESS) team.

- Manage multiple national accounts- Assist clients in the selection of the right lighting and controls for their business- Advocate for green building/energy efficient building- Perform lighting audits and design lighting systems- Develop targeted messaging and content required to increase awareness of industry standards, new technologies and sales practices.

- Served as action officer to increase awareness of the Department of Defense’s Global Threat Warning Network among the intelligence community- Coordinated global operational communications support and analytic information flow to provide time-critical force protection information from multiple sources to US Air, Ground and Fleet Commanders executing operations and support to search and rescue missions worldwide.- Supervised 25 joint service analysts in 24/7 operations.

- Managed the training and readiness of 284 soldiers, including budgetary and administrative accountability.- Responsible for pursuing and securing additional training resources through the writing and development of proposals and requests for funding.- Responsible for planning, preparing and presenting weekly, quarterly and annual briefings.

- Participated in strategic, tactical and predictive analysis of enemy targets and assisted in the writing and quality control of hundreds of corresponding raw intelligence reports. - Authored a 100-page operations manual for a $3.5 million computer system.- Trained junior analysts on analytical techniques and reporting procedures.- Designed and supervised the set up, start up and logistics of multiple field-based mobile work centers.- Earned Top Secret SCI security clearance.
