I led a committee of five elected executive members of the society. I conducted a weekly meeting in which I allocated tasks to each of the committee members, we formulated new goals to provide benefit for our members. As one of the university’s youngest societies we have grown exceptionally quickly and now hold place as the second largest society. In the summer of 2012 we won ‘best new society’ and have received praise from the Pro Vice Chancellor of the university.
