Sole Account Executive for one of our top health plan clients with over $5 billion in drug spend -- strengthening client relationships, developing client-specific strategic plans, upselling solutions to lower drug costs and improve member experience, securing renewals of multi-year contracts, owning our extensive client contract, and performing as the quarterback for our internal account management team.

I held management & technology consulting roles for multiple clients across fields such as Financial Services, Distribution & Marketing, and Insurance. Each experience leveraged design thinking and my product & software lifecycle knowledge to achieve a measurably improved customer experience. I managed large program deliverables for 100+ people located throughout the world, provided strategic thinking and executive presence with insight into staffing and financials, practiced people management and sales tactics, and led digital transformations through software implementations. Also, I participated in an exclusive Leadership Development program to enhance consulting & leadership skills.

I was given the opportunity to transcend typical duties by managing my project and assisting a client through a large merger/acquisition process. I learned how to supervise team members, drive project deliverables, and harness high level project management steps needed to meaningfully impact our production timeline and overall client experience.

My role was split between functional and PMO efforts. I collaborated with high-value clients to gather, analyze, design, build, and test requirements to build a web application software. I coordinated with onshore and offshore teams for multiple projects to continually provide meaningful results in a fast-paced work environment. Also, I organized, measured, and monitored the project's approach, responsibilities, staffing, and schedule to seamlessly work with client.

As a freelance designer contributing 3D designs to the New Matter Store, I created a large range of simple to complex objects which were tested for production.
