This position reporting to Senior Management, assist with planning, directing and coordinating the operations of the Facilities. Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, safety and profitability of the dealership. Organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.  Direct programs to promote and ensure the safety of personnel, equipment and property. Strict attention to compliance of established company safety policies, procedures and OSHA standards is a priority. Lead, direct and coordinate the efficient and cost-effective operation of the facility. Instill, develop and encourage a culture in line with company values. Ensure industry leading quality and customer service standards are maintained through adherence of established company policies and procedures. Support operations team through hands-on assistance with daily requirements on as needed basis. Monitor and manage expenses to control cost and maintain budgetary goals. Drive continuous improvement through lean methodologies to reduce process waste. Facilitate communications and coordinate between other support functions to improve overall business service standards and customer service. Manage and sustain excellent communication and viable relationships with vendors and suppliers. Work closely with 3rd party logistics and local carriers to provide on time delivery of materials. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Liaison with Senior Leadership to implement and manage business plans and goals. Systems Administrator providing effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software infrastructure. Ensures system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff and operations management.

Design and engineer using Siemens Mechanical Design Tool, control systems by evaluating job specifications, mechanical and electrical drawings to create control system shop drawings for use in field installations on multiple projects. Database development, graphics creation and programming of controllers using Siemens Commissioning Tool to assure equipment operates in accordance with the design as presented in the “Sequence of Operation”. Integration of Siemens Insight front-end system with client LANcorporate secure intranet and access needs. These projects were located on University and College Campuses, City and County School Systems, State Office Buildings, Mid and High Rise Commercial Buildings, Data Centers, Hospitals and Laboratory facilities.

(BAU & EES) – Responsibilities include project development, design, execution, installation, measurement and verification of projects partnered with UESC Gulf Power, ESP/City of Pensacola, South Alabama Electric Cooperative. These projects deliver energy efficiency projects for the Naval Air Station Pensacola, NAS Whiting Field and Fort Rucker Army Base. Duties for assigned projects including material acquisition, sub-contractor coordination, technical supervision, change order pricing. Manage financial viability of the projects using Siemens SAP System.

Familiar with three generations of Andover Controls equipment; Andover AC256 System; Andover Infinity System; Andover Continuum System. Performed project management duties to include contracts; submittal preparation; database development; programming; sub-contractor management; start-up/commissioning; customer training; project financial control and reporting. Responsibilities included sales support during bid preparation. Projects included public and private college campuses; elementary and secondary schools in large public school systems; laboratory facilities; hospitals and production facilities. Duties also included system integration of HVAC, Security Systems, Access Control Systems and Life Safety Systems.

Administered maintenance operation for this diversified commercial real estate company providing integrated services to corporate and individual clients in Tennessee. This included management of twenty maintenance technicians and customer service representatives as required for complete operational and maintenance functions for client facilities. This management of operations staff included recruitment, supervision, scheduling, training, performance reviews, merit increases, bonuses, disciplinary actions and terminations. Also accountable for all technical decisions, proposals and project management duties related to HVAC equipment, life safety systems, security and access systems, energy management systems, lighting systems, contracted plumbing and roofing repairs. Counseled property owners and managers with budget preparation decisions relating to capital improvements on equipment upgrade, replacement, repair, or any other building operation issues.
