When Proactiv Sports Singapore was in a position to run on a day to day basis without my constant hands on input, we decided it was time for me to move up into the Managing Directors role for Asia and focus more on overseas expansion, sales & marketing strategy, management and to drive the profitability of the business. I was responsible for the complete re branding of our business across both countries from Sport4kids to Proactiv Sports as we expanded into the adult market.In August 2019 we expanded to Malaysia and to the Philippines in January 2020. Currently I'm responsible for over 80 staff members and we have over 5000 students in our programs every week!

Like my previous role in Hong Kong, this was another startup, but in a new south Asian country. Due to the experience, knowledge I had gained and the process we had implemented, everything was much smoother and the business developed at a faster pace.Main roles of this job were initially Business development, administration, marketing and recruitment.
