Assisted with the creation of annual and monthly data reports in the areas of Human Resources, Finances, and Admissions on behalf of institutional stakeholders at each of the 14 member institutions of the ACM. Designed a data visualization using Microsoft Power BI that expanded access to cooperative admissions data. Evaluated data reporting and sharing practices, which resulted in increased consortial member input on those practices, and a quicker turnaround time for data reports to be returned to member institutions.

As a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Organizational Strategy and Change at Northwestern University, I provide comprehensive support to change management projects taken on in the office. That support culminates in the co-authoring of a final report for each initiative that guides the project sponsor in how best to implement identified potential changes. Some of my responsibilities include transcribing and coding over (to date) 30 hour long interviews with stakeholders important to each change management initiative. I also synthesize primary respondent data into actionable insights for project stakeholders during project delivery. Between change management projects, I also helped to create impact assessment tools for the office’s Peer Learning Group program.

As the Graduate Assistant for Operations in the Norris University Center for the 2018-2019 school year, I supervised and formally mentored two undergraduate student supervisors directly around peer supervision and leadership. I also supported the direct management of 40 (primarily work-study) student employees working in building operations. Lastly, I helped streamline undergraduate student employee communications, data sharing, and other operational processes by consolidating existing practices and introducing new effective organizational tools (e.g. Smartsheet)During the summer of 2019, I shifted roles to being a Graduate Assistant for Assessment in the Norris University Center. During this time, I conducted an internal analysis of student employee assessment practices that resulted in a proposal with short- and long-term recommendations to enhance the center’s culture of assessment. I also helped organize and provide event support for the Lunch on the Lake summer concert series with over 300 weekly attendees.

As a Graduate Assessment Intern in DePaul University's Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs, I worked on a variety of projects. I created new effectiveness metrics associated with three strategic core functions: Student Academic Success, Student Engagement, and Student Support. I reviewed assessment project reports and provided feedback to eight co-curricular departments. Lastly, I analyzed and interpreted data from DePaul University’s pilot Student Success Coaching Program (serving 361 first year students) for the 2018-2019 academic year using SPSS statistical analysis.

City Year is a collection of AmeriCorps Members focusing on bridging the gap in public education. We do this by focusing on the ABCs - Attendance check-ins and assistance at home, Behavior management and goal setting, and Course performance in ELA and Math classrooms. I worked with 117 6th, 7th, and 8th graders in a Math classroom, accruing over 1700 hours of service, and 150 hours on 1-1 student teaching.
