Conducted field visits to the transitional zones and Northern Ghana, collecting data using KOBO collect, analysing (using Power BI) and presenting data set on trends (seeds, inputs, water usage and irrigation, marketing, etc) to the Project.-The findings played a pivotal role in shaping the project design to support a private-sector led approach to revamping tomato production in Northern Ghana, through new seed development, forward contracting, adaptive trials and GAPs.-Responsible for reporting and quality assurance

This hands-on approach and utilization of technology ensured accuracy and timeliness in data collection.-Successfully achieved 87% success rate-Build and maintained relationships with local chiefs, district assemblies, and other regional coordinators within the North East Region.-Regularly assessed methodologies and outcomes. This iterative review process was instrumental in pinpointing areas of improvement, allowing us to refine our techniques and stay aligned with our objectives.-Periodically trained team members and ensured access to necessary tools

Performed Market Systems Analysis and Coaching for GIZ's "SMEs Business Loop" initiative, aimed at strengthening small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the agricultural sector. Using the OCAT tool, I provided an in-depth market analysis for 15 distinct SMEs, recognizing the unique nature and requirements of each.-Undertook a thorough examination of prevailing market systems to pinpoint gaps, potential opportunities, and areas requiring enhancement, spanning supply chains, competitive standings, and external market factors.

Conducted training programs spanning 56 communities within the Bono East Municipality, covering 5 distinct districts. Trained 162 FBOs along the maize value chain, utilizing the 7 Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) modules. This ensured the adoption of a cohesive and standardized farming methodology across these diverse regions.-Responsible for detailed post-training reports. These documents provided a comprehensive overview of each community's activities, highlighting the tangible outcomes and benchmarks achieved.

Oda Ghana

Spearheaded Esoko Ghana's "Planting for Food & Jobs" initiative in the Birim Central Municipality of the Eastern Region focused on the maize value chain.-Managed a committed team of 50 field workers, ensuring achievement of project objectives-Collaborated with Agricultural Extension Agents and FBOs to train and provide extension services to beneficiaries, through on-site farm visits, community engagements and sensitization
