• Represented The Renco Group in an UNCITRAL Arbitration against the Republic of Peru brought under the U.S.-Peru Trade Promotion Agreement. The dispute concerns a copper mining project and poly-metallic smelting.
• Represented a major South East Asian conglomerate in a SIAC arbitration against a South East Asian company. The arbitration pertained to a shareholder dispute concerning business interests valued at more than USD 1.
