Directed $50 M rooms division operation of this 800 room luxury beach front hotel on South Beach.

800 rm 4 star property on South Beach. Oversaw all aspects of the $50M+ rooms division.

Acted as assistant manager to the managing director of the hotel. Responsible for the day to day operations of the +$15M hotel rooms division. Oversaw all activities of the front desk, reservations, housekeeping, security, parking, concierge, and laundry departments. Coordinated the Rooms division with the Food and Beverage division and also with accounting, sales/marketing, human resources, and catering operations.

Operated large front office operations for hotels of 600-900 rooms. Coordinated customer service, group arrivals, training of reservations, front office and guest service staffs.

This position was as a dedicated Manager on Duty for a 910 room, full service 4 star hotel. Acitivities include coordination of all guest service departments, VIP arrangements and arrivals, service assurance, problem resolution, safety/security oversight. Acted on behalf of the hotel managing director in his absence.
