- Responsible for the management and day to day operations of Amelia Park Ice Arena, Outdoor Rink and Amelia's Garden -Oversees all facility and operational responsibilities of the ice arena, including grounds upkeep, risk management, preventative maintenance and building repairs as needed.-Generates revenue via events, skating programs, sponsorships-Responsible for generating advertising dollars via direct sales for events and season long ads within facility -Creates new events to generate ancillary revenue for the facility -Manages all social media accounts and website-Budget development and implementation -Schedules programs, teams, events -Intake and organization of all incoming registrations for Amelia Park Arena leagues and programs-Creates and maintains relationships in the community-Direct and supervise all employees -Advises Board of Trustees on all aspects of the facility on regular basis

-Foundation in which all proceeds donated to various animal rescue based local organizations -Promote event through social media and local businesses-Gather and allocate donations from local businesses and community members-Raised $19,000 since inception

-Provides overrides and approves exceptions for Banking Center Specialists and Tellers -Trains and assists new team members in all aspects of the position. -Key-holder; opens and/or closes the Banking Center, ensuring service and security standards are maintained in the absence of the Banking Center Manager, Assistant Manager and Operations Specialist. -Evaluates, presents and sells bank products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience.-Assists with business development and sales management. -Identifies and analyzes a variety of customer needs and resolves them to the customer’s satisfaction in accordance with bank-wide and department standards.-Opens accounts, takes loan applications and meets assigned sales goals.
