Responsible for all operational, marketing, software development, financial, human resource, and legal matters, and served as principal contact with the financial sponsor (Xerox Corporation). Lead the initial independent study of market entry product price points for this “disruptive technology”. Assisted in restructuring the internal research department and organized company’s first effort to protect newly created intellectual property (IP).

Joined this start-up stage, private equity backed on-line discount travel service as its first CFO, in connection with a BAM investment. Grew annualized gross revenue to in excess of $250 million and over $80 million of equity.
