Using a modified drop table and spring-loaded instrument, Dr. Ruch carefully adjusts joints with small repetitive motions. He has developed these methods to safely treat people with prior back surgery, implants, joint replacements, osteoporosis, hypermobility conditions such as Ehlers-Danlos, and people who are fearful of traditional chiropractic care. The methods he has developed to realign the ribs are especially helpful for alleviating anxiety and insomnia. He is working to document the connection between hypermobility, insomnia, anxiety and the over-stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system.Dr. Ruch had written several books, and invented the relief glove, which can relieve, and even resolve hand and wrist pain.
