He was managing director at Deloitte Consulting, where he established and led the water strategy practice; and was the founder and CEO of DOMANI, a sustainability strategy firm that was acquired by Deloitte. Will serves as a board member and advisor to global water technology companies, corporations, and investors. Will is in high demand for bringing an innovative view on how to challenge the status quo and create significant revenue-generating and cost-saving business value by deploying water strategies. Will is also the founder and general partner of Water Foundry Ventures, focused on technology solutions that address water challenges at the intersection of agriculture, energy, and climate change. Will is the co-host of the podcast, The Stream with Will and Tom, and also the Host of Distilled by Qatium. He was the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board for the WAITRO Global Water Innovation Summit 2020 and was on the Scientific Program Committee for Stockholm World Water Week from 2013 through 2019. Will’s advisory work includes the 2020 X-PRIZE (Infinity Water Prize); a Bold Visioneer for the 2016 X-PRIZE Safe Drinking Water Team; and a Technical Advisor for the Climate Bonds Initiative: Nature-Based Solutions for Climate and Water Resilience.
