• Coordinate and execute administrative responsibilities for the store including payroll, work-hour management, budget management, employee recruiting and hiring and training.• Organize events for store promotion and development, such as the Chicago regional holiday hiring event for all 9 Chicago-land area stores, Life in Luon, in which I was point of contact for all attendees/potential new hires. • Assisted in recruiting and training a brand new team of 20 external employees.• Developed and implemented new inventory, merchandising and sell through processes for the new Woodfield retail store location.• Trained all regional store inventory leads for the 2014 holiday season.
