• Coordinate and execute administrative responsibilities for the store including payroll, work-hour management, budget management, employee recruiting and hiring and training.

• Assisted in recruiting and training a brand new team of 20 external employees.
• Developed and implemented new inventory, merchandising and sell through processes for the new Woodfield retail store location.
• Trained all regional store inventory leads for the 2014 holiday season.
