This experience not only helps me with the downhole issues with power sections, but also storage, handling and repair and maintenance of the equipment. Whether it is a proprietary power section or one that I have experience running, it is my goal to listen to my client's needs and come up with the best solution possible.

As the Northern Region R&M Motor Manager I am responsible for two facilities that specialize in the repair and maintenance of downhole mud motors. Some of my duties include:- Developing a Safety First culture- Responsible for $60M+ internal and external business- Optimizing repair and maintenance cycles of tools - Implementing and improving processes to increase efficiency- Engaging employees to understand and remove obstacles they encounter on a daily basis- Ensuring procedures are being followed to enhance reliability and quality of tools- Managing personnel decisions including but not limited to staffing levels, HR issues and competency levels
