-Oversee all Production and post production projects at TEAM, including scheduling, budget, and final delivery.-Manage Operations Staff who provide client services.- work with General Manager to ensure profitability and excellent client services- work closely with management team to identify new business opportunities- Assist Creative Director in management of all graphic design projects.

•Serve as a resource to our Client for information and insight on Team’s edit, audio and field capabilities. •Work with client to create a schedule that effectively meets their needs while also meeting budget expectations and schedule capabilities. •Schedule production requests •Plan and coordinate edit sessions •Send and track deliverables, including daily shipments of advertising traffic instructions and tapes for insertion into the clients program.•Work with the Operations Coordinators and Media Manager to process orders such as: duplication requests, library element requests, tape transfers •Coordinate needs of your clients with those of other Coordinating Producers and staff •Be forward thinking to anticipate schedule changes daily, plan staff and facility’s time efficiently •Work with a team on project based productions including scheduling shoots, edit time, producers, graphics, audio and other needs that arise depending on the production

•Effectively manage CEO & President’s calendar by handling all in-person, and telephone •Interface with senior level corporate executives in a protocol-sensitive environment and be 100% confidential•Assist in the planning and coordinating of the Board of Directors’ and Stock Holders’ meetings•Attend and record minutes at Board of Directors meetings as well as Stockholder meetings•Monitor and update the current internal communications tool, the company intranet. •Make all travel arrangements for the President and Corporate staff and arrange all conferences •Establish relationships with AEG vendors such as corporate attorneys, insurance brokers, etc. •Draft business letters, email and other correspondence •Establish and maintain all records and files
