Directing foreign and domestic business ventures for Fortune 50 corporations. He has a distinguished record of project accountability from conception through execution and completion, being awarded noteworthy projects valued in the $100’s of millions. William holds also a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and Business Law from Georgia State University. He received international business training at GATT-UNCTAD Geneva, Switzerland. He has vast experience appointing Reps and setting up satellite operations worldwide.
