•Responsible for full cycle recruiting in the areas of Technology Sales, Presales, and Post-Sales Engineering.•Supported various business units but not limited to Managed Services, Sales and Presales, and Professional Services across the continental US. •Handled pivotal and difficult to fill roles related to Cisco technologies and data center technologies such as Storage, EMC, NetApp, and VMware. •Used LinkedIn and other internet tools/platforms to recruit/source and build candidate pipeline for future openings. •Owned the process from strategy session (job description creation, posting, sourcing, reviewing resumes, candidate phone interview, salary recommendation and offer) to onboarding. •Strong sourcing skill utilizing various sources such as Indeed, Monster, and Dice, Google (chrome extensions, direct/competitor sourcing, email campaigns and personalized messages to attract top talents).•Thoroughly vetting all candidates to assess skills, experience, and company fit to provide recommendation and influence hiring leaders to engage and interview for open vacancies.•Responsible for recruiting report and lead staffing meetings with hiring leaders to discuss progress and updates.•Collaborated with people & culture business partners on salary and offer recommendation when appropriate prior to consulting with hiring managers.•Participated in webinars, trainings, and attend conferences to gain industry knowledge and labor market expertise.
