He has experience in a wide range of structures, materials and building typologies ranging from human scale timber art installations to supertall high-rise buildings of composite construction and he approaches each different project with a rigour born from an appreciation of project objectives, industry best-practice, and a deep understanding of structural engineering first principles. He is adept at providing advice across the lifecycle of a structural asset from concept to operation and excels at interfacing between disciplines to produce advanced solutions and best-for-project outcomes. Will is an accomplished communicator and mentor, capable of deconstructing and explaining complex technical issues in simple terms to industry peers, clients, and the wider community.
