He has developed particular skills in the modelling, analysis, parameterisation and optimisation of building structures through his involvement in unique and challenging projects around the world, with developments based in Australia, the UK, China, Singapore, Malta, Mexico, Thailand, Kuwait and Finland. To further enhance his focus on cross-border projects and explore international best practice, Will has worked abroad in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai. Through a diverse portfolio of projects, Will has worked extensively in commercial, residential, education, healthcare and community infrastructure sectors. He has experience in a wide range of structures, materials and building typologies ranging from human scale timber art installations to supertall high-rise buildings of composite construction and he approaches each different project with a rigour born from an appreciation of project objectives, industry best-practice, and a deep understanding of structural engineering first principles.
