As Discipline Principal, Will is accountable for the technical performance of the Structural team across Australia, a cohort of approximately 80 engineers in 11 Practices. Will provides stewardship to programs and initiatives across the key responsibility areas of technical excellence, training and development, innovation, and risk management. Will leads the team of Principal Engineers who provide expert guidance and direction to the structural teams nationwide, across all technical activities ranging from project inception, concepts and optioneering to internal quality reviews and external peer reviews, and beyond to expert witness services and thought leadership. Will is passionate about creative, functional and rational design, sustainable development and digital disruption in the AEC industry. Will remains committed to his clients in both project advisory and project delivery roles and continues to practice as a Chartered Professional Structural Engineer.

Will was the Associate Principal for Structures, which is a national role focused on Technical Excellence, Innovation, Training & Development, and Risk Management for the Structural Engineering discipline at ADG. Will directed the program for innovation at ADG known as ADGility, a framework for cultural change management as well as innovation investment and project management. Will also chaired the Structural Principal Roundtable, an assembly of the technical leaders from Structures and Construction Services teams across the business, with a focus on addressing complex queries and delivering best practice in technical excellence.
