I believe that the knowledge I have gained during my 10 years of law enforcement experience with the United States Air Force will prove advantageous in supplying organizations with the support it needs to meet its goals and management directives. Also, I have 3 years of PSS (Personnel Security Specialists) experience working in Kabul, Afghanistan. The valuable training I received has greatly enhanced my capabilities to ensure that I overcome all tasks assigned to me.I have severed as the Physical Training Leader for 30-50 personnel and also assist in directing the PT testing for the entire Joint Base Charleston. In this assignment, I utilize my planning and supervisory skills in conjunction with developing multiple physical exercises that are designed to develop as well as maintain exceptional levels of physical strength and abilities among the Base personnel.I've worked as the NCOIC of Police Services, I developed work schedules and assigned shift duties to unit personnel. I was diligent in ensuring that all operational instructions were current and aligned with Base procedures and that our personnel were supplied with all needed work gear and had received all needed and relevant training to fulfill their mission. I also reviewed any base projects or construction activities to ensure that there were no conflicts with Base security, and I was responsible for leading security details to protect any visiting VIPs. I have held additional responsibilities in providing nuclear weapon security, installation entry control, serving as Patrol Lead providing law enforcement for the Base, and training personnel on handling various law enforcement procedures.Throughout my career, I have exhibited a commitment to quality and consistent compliance with critical governing directives, standards, policies, and procedures.
