Senior Management/ Human Resource Professional: Over 20 years in Operations and Human Resource Management. Most recently managed 300 people in a Call Center environment dedicated to professional customer service. Alone I created a Human Resource from the bottom up where one never existed. Then facilitated and supervised the development of several other departments including IT, training and quality assurance.
