ServiceLink is the leading B2B2C mortgage servicer in the country. I was hired to revitalize the lifecycle marketing framework to reflect a digital-first approach to its brand strategy. I developed a comprehensive marketing roadmap, incorporating feedback from three business lines to ensure a holistic approach. Using design thinking, I help improve internal processes and reframe business goals. I managed a multi-million dollar budget, led a team of four, and acted as a strategic partner across design, sales, customer service, finance, and product teams. Additionally, I conducted monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing insights on initiatives, challenges, and budget performance.

Developed the city's first digital engagement strategy to ensure city services and programs are accessible to 300,000 residents and 10,000 businesses. Provided coaching, strategy, and analytics for 30 departments and 4,000 employees, and collaborated daily with our web team, data engineers, and designers to build impactful digital products and content for internal and external users. Created an internal community practice that led to the city's first social media program and policies.

I joined the City of Pittsburgh to ignite innovative strategies for fostering public-private partnerships in alignment with the Mayor's vision for inclusive innovation. I managed a diverse portfolio of programs focused on workforce development, small business improvement, and enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem. During my tenure, I engaged with over 300 cross-sector partners, built an online audience of 15,000 users, and organized 500 in-person events over three years, including Mayor Peduto's flagship event, Inclusive Innovation Week.

Collaborated closely with the CMO to implement data-driven strategies across social media, email, web, and video signage platforms to enhance adult & youth programmatic engagement, revenue, and retention. Managed a team of four and a digital agency to implement a strategic digital playbook, replete with KPIs for paid and organic channels.

Stunner of the Month was an early pioneer in the direct-to-consumer monthly subscription model. Members paid $9 a month for a fresh, unique pair of sunglasses delivered with free shipping. The company grew from $10,000 in seed money to nearly 4,500 monthly subscriptions over four years, regularly shipping sunglasses to 26 countries. Named Best of Thrillist in 2009, we expanded into new verticals, creating additional revenue streams and partnership opportunities.I played a key role in shaping how the business leveraged technology, systems, people, and processes.
