As a construction project manager, I have successfully completed more than $175 million dollars of work and more than a million and a half square feet of construction. I have worked in the public sector for the last 15 years overseeing the construction of many schools, four fire departments and two libraries, two police departments, a parking garage, two senior centers and a town hall. I have also consulted on a LEED green ship repair facility in Dubai, UAE. In the private sector I have managed or have been part of the management team for over a dozen Shaw's Supermarket interior remodeling projects including the flood in Warwick, RII understand the rigors of owning several startup ventures and have experienced ones profitable and some not so profitable.
