Started as an Analyst, promoted to Manager, Director then Executive Director.- Actavis acquired Allergan for over $65 Billion in March 2015. My team and I were retained to lead the global trade compliance program for the combined companies.- Reduced the number of days to clear Customs and other Partner Agencies from 10+ days to 1-2 days by making corrections to shipping documents and providing timely responses to the Agencies.- Integrated over 30 acquisitions and teamed with buying company counterparts on divestitures.- Managed audits conducted by any country’s Customs Authority.- Saved over $1 Million annually on Import Duty by utilizing EU and US Free Trade Agreements.- Helped protect the product portfolio against imports of counterfeits or products illegally using Trademarks by registering Trademarks with Customs so they can seize and destroy illegal shipments.- Implemented and kept US CTPAT program at the highest Tier III level.
