• Responsible for all departments: Finance, HR, Logistics, Operations, Purchasing, Communication, Commercial and Marketing.• Financial - Implementation of a system to control the purchase and sale of materials, purchase of raw material from various suppliers such as Condominiums, Community Centers, Schools, Commerce in general, Works among others.• HR – Direct participation in hiring employees.• Logistics – Implementation of a collection system in the routes to withdraw products from suppliers, storage of the raw product and storage of the finished product.• Operations – Implementation of the sorting process for the raw material that arrives from suppliers, where the material is separated, processed and sold to industries as raw material.• Commercial – Coordination of the sales team responsible for finish ed product.• Sale of processed product ready to be used as raw material to various industries.

• Responsible for the requisition and control of the incoming materials and equipment from the civil works.• Experience in the planning and execution of constructions, expansions, and reforms, also working on studies of characteristics and specifications to guide works.• Focus on meeting the established schedules and deep evaluation of the good progress of the activities.• People management, working on the distribution of tasks, allocation of manpower, performance evaluation and provision of guidelines, seeking to form qualified teams aligned with the achievement of goals in the following activities:(Contract management, Project Analysis, Work Planning, Cost Control, Re-budgeting of Work Costs, Preparation of Schedule, Hiring of Contractors, Qualification and Evaluation of Suppliers, Conducting training for the Production Team, Technical Studies for Product and Process Improvement).• Participation in several projects from the beginning to the conclusion:(Residential Works, Commercial and Industrial Works, Sanitation, Schools - EMEI / EMEF, High Standard Residence, Distribution center)

• Preparation for feasibility for the execution of residential, commercial and industrial constructions in the municipality.• Responsible for the registration of constructions made in the municipality.• Monitoring and inspection of public works.• Quantitative elaboration of public works projects, with the objective of subsidizing bidding processes.
