Isiphethu is a group of companies with a focus on providing innovative project solutions, technologies and services within the water, mining and built environment sectors.Main Responsibilities:• Supervision and management of the Giyani Water services Project that entails 328km bulk water supply lines that feed 57 rural villages with drinking water.• Supervises all activities of the project and ensures compliance to all plans and specifications and identify all errors in plans and ensure optimal working of construction personnel.• Prepares project documents and design all purchase orders and project schedules and ensures compliance to all health and safety policies and participate in evaluation of all engineer personnel. • Oversees the workings of all engineering personnel and inspect materials and assist to resolve all construction process and recommend improvement to all construction activities and ensure compliance to specifications and construction schedule and prepare all progress reports.• Evaluate all improvement operations and ensure availability of all resources and coordinate with customer to prepare all outage schedules and provide recommendation for all repair work and ensure compliance to all timeframes.

PRoearth, founded in 2013, has a base of expertise and successful delivery built up of 20 years in the Construction and Mining sectors. They ensure the delivery of projects such as Bulk Earthworks, Platforms, Terraces, Site Clearance, Demolitions, Basement Excavations, Mining, Contract Mining, Mining Infrastructure, Rehabilitation, Dams, Pollution Control Dams, Tailings Dams, Infrastructure Service, Roads, Haul Roads, Paving, Water reticulation, Sewer Reticulation and Stormwater Reticulation. Main Responsibilities:• Assisted with the management of various projects as well as with securing tenders. • Took the lead of the project across the Southern Access Road to the Klipspruit Ext Colliery for South32. The project was valued at NZD 4.3m to upgrade 7km district road. • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
