As a startup company, CCSP recruited me to assist with building a training and quality assurance program for their newly acquired inbound call centers. After three months, I was laid off due to budget constraints. However, while there, I was able to create a team of highly qualified learning and development professionals. With this team, we were able to create a quality assurance program for the frontline agents that included training, a scoresheet that we could use to track metrics, and follow up procedures based on quality scores. In addition to client-specific and system training, we also would partner with other departments to review client accounts for opportunities to improve user experience which would lead to better outcomes for both our clients and frontline agents.

In the management role, I managed a team of 36 international trainers and instructional designers. I was responsible for the training logistics for all of Stericycle's US and Canadian call centers within our division. These responsibilities included supervising newly hired team members across multiple centers, which involved facilitating new hire orientation as well as pertinent software and soft skills training. My team would also facilitate in the onboarding of new clients by learning current client processes, suggesting new processes and then building and delivering training content to make the implementation a success. For internal growth and development, we facilitated sessions for our people managers that touched on relevant content such as career pathing, time management and people management courses.
