This involved conducting project manager interviews to gather information on the current security posture for the internal delivery risk assessments to initiate and ultimately pass auditor review.• Utilized the Data Privacy Regulation and Compliance Tool for each project during meetings with the PMs to review regulatory requirements and formulate necessary controls to keep projects compliant. This was key in identifying which projects required more frameworks due to HIPAA data requiring more controls such as the Separation of Duties (SOD) Matrix.• Assessed and formulated concise contract review worksheets for each project by aggregating security requirements fromsub/prime contractors and primary client documentation. This is crucial in re-evaluating the current contractual obligation and necessary security aptitude. Conducted by interviewing each PM and Technical Team Lead for system architecture analysis and data usage handling/credentials.• Developed the Control Implementation Plan for multiple projects which aided in maintaining an efficient timeline for all security protocols required by IBM Consulting to maintain proper standing.
