Focusing on Women in Technology and underserved communities:- Headhunted to lead the growth and restructuring of a Silicon Valley mobile SaaS technology start-up- Restructured and led the business, from market strategy, product and services strategy to operational delivery models, resulting in a 45% cost reduction and 300% year-on-year revenue growth- Acted as chief solution architect for the re-design and development of the SaaS platform, covering the mobile application user experience, backend Content Management System and proof-of-impact analytics reporting suite- Acted as chief content architect, working with globally renowned academic and non-profit partners to shape and deliver the experiential learning curriculum- Supported CEO in Investor Relations- Hands-on delivery leadership of all customer programs around the world (US, South America, Europe, India, Africa) to develop, implement and operate Tribal´s white label platform, from ideation and contracting, solution, curriculum & measurement architecture, program delivery, launch, operation, support and impact & performance monitoring In 2022, Tribal Planet merged with SkillsVR.
