As a Subject Pedagogy Training Instructor, I created and delivered sessions to over 70 new 2013-2015 Teach for China fellows on how to teach English in the rural Chinese context. Sessions were on topics such as spiraling review, teaching vocabulary, teaching grammar, and on the Chinese education system.

As a Teach for China Fellow, I lead classes of rural seventh graders to English success, brought the NFL China flag football program to my school, helped organize ROOTS, a community outreach research project for students, and ran a weekly English corner, and was one of the subjects of an intra-organizational study on Effective English Instruction.
