Lead San Francisco Bay Area operations, customer experience and sales. Responsible for high quality and successful start up operations and logistics, including managing helicopter charter inquiries, bookings, flight and service coordination with airports, FBO’s, private properties, and ground transportation. Handled all bookings, all coordination with contractors, and end to end customer service 24/7. Recruited an additional helicopter operator and ground transportation contractors to Blade’s services.

Selected by the professional staff to be a leader and student manager for the Wiethorn Undergraduate Admissions Center. In this role, I participated in the hiring process for new student admissions representatives and led training demonstrations. I introduced a successful plan to help campus tours be safer, more efficient and on schedule. I was chosen by the Baylor football coaching staff to assist the department in football recruiting events.

In this role, I led 90 minute campus tours (walking, bus and shuttle) for prospective students.
