- Work alongside the room divisions leaders- Responsible for managing pre-arrival, in-house, and post-departure procedures for the guests- Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, activate/reissue room keys, and any other inquiry- Responsible for securing payment and verifying/adjusting guest's billing- Ensure guests' amenities, requests, and inquiries are metHandle incoming phone calls and Four Seasons App Chat - Develop a new design for the concierge recommendation list- Arrange guests' itinerary and activity- Handle daily guest activity list for concierge- Work across the rooms division department such as porter, operator, and housekeeping

- The primary leader of the student ambassador forum- Leading and developing students related events on campus- Represents the student body to SHMS IHTTI faculty- Support the faculty regarding students' academic measures, communication, welfare, and cultural integration.

- Work alongside General Manager and each department leaders- Work across disciplines (Admin, Rooms, F&B, Marketing, Event, Recreation, and Purchasing)- Manage General Manager schedule, activity, and paperwork- Support marketing team to manage social media activity on a daily basis- Keeping up the HACCP (Hygiene Standard) for the resort- Support recreation team to manage activity and maintenance of resort facility (pool and beach)- Event management for government, corporate, wedding, banquet, and support- Support Rooms Department in managing amenities, guest relations, bellman, and room standards check- Support F&B team on food service at the restaurant, room service, and special event (set up for a private party, romantic dinner, and festive plan)
