Country Web Administrator managed Schneider Electric’s website that aligned with Global and Local communication activities and strategy. Managed/published content, optimized web performance and reported to Global Web Team, enhanced the content for SEO, SEM. Social Media Lead created digital content aligned with Global Objectives and harmonized with country business activities and priorities. Managed in-house/ outsource design team. Managed social media platforms: Youtube, Facebook, Instagram Achievements:- SE Global Top 5 Facebook fan page and the 1st in South East Asia in 2016-2017 with 150% of growth in followers and content interaction. - Excellent Customer Relationship & Lead management outcome: accounted for 10% of total country revenue (Marcom indirect Revenue). - Social Media Best Practice: The 1st country in South East Asia to leverage Livestream in the critical meeting, to expand the reach with no much extra cost to the company. In among of top three countries in SEA to roll out ON24 platform to support webina (Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam).
