Exploring our own infinite potential through approachable movement and mindfulness practices is at the core of my directive as a health-focused entrepreneur. In the high-pressure, high-stress corporate environments that many of my clients are a part of, I have seen first-hand the need for wellness initiatives that can easily be integrated into their daily routine. As Chief Wellness Officer and Head of Business Development for Lofti, an international brand education and wellbeing agency, I lead and facilitate wellness workshop programming throughout the U.S.A former collegiate athlete, I sought rock climbing and yoga to continue fitness after my sports career. Following the launch of my first business, Wadi Climbing, a world-class indoor climbing facility in the Palestinian West Bank, I saw the importance of cultivating a deeper sense of inner balance through mindful movement practices such as rock climbing and yoga. During my two and a half years in the Middle East, I experienced first hand the profound benefits of yoga and meditation practice, along with rock climbing, on a community seeking internal freedom despite the social and economic limitations out of their control. Throughout my career, daily wellness practice is the foundation that has enabled my success.
