Mr. Marsh is a government relations executive with 26 years of Washington, DC experience having served in the US House of Representatives on both committee staff and members’ personal staff. Will has also represented over 90 public and private companies as a consultant, business development director & government relations expert. He has protected over 225 programs in the federal budget, secured additional funding, drafted/enacted critical public policy positions and participated in dozens of surround sound enterprise-wide campaigns. Will specializes in high-value government relations where business, government, politics, policy and technology all intersect. In September 2020, Will joined TTM Technologies as the Vice President of Government Relations (GR). He is chartered with establishing a GR presence for TTM in the Federal and State/local channels to develop advocacy and build relationships to further assist the company in its stated mission of serving customers.
